Can You Beat Roulette By Math?

Once one of the greatest scientists Albert Einstein said, “Nobody can win at a casino unless they steal money from the table while the bookie is not watching.

While I don’t usually doubt Einstein, this statement isn’t true. In fact, as per casino daily news, you can use Einstein’s specialty, physics, to help you with your work. Or you may find a distorted wheel that makes some numbers more likely to appear.

What Einstein really meant was that there is no mathematical trick that can help you win at roulette. Each spin is an independent test and in the long run the casino will win. This is different from games like Blackjack where the odds change as the cards are dealt.

But some people think it is possible to use the roulette wheel and betting fabric to give yourself an edge. The idea is that you can bet on the display in a way that is guaranteed to win. But is it really possible?

So Can You Beat Roulette By Math?

A simple Google search will return many (perhaps millions) of ways to play (and possibly win) roulette. Some easy, some complicated, some well explained, some less.

A system should actually be a combination of gaming policy and money management policy. Perhaps the best-known monetary policy is the Martingale system. This system is guaranteed to win money as long as you have enough banknotes to double your bet after each loss and you don’t hit the table limit, which you will soon do. The Martingale system is probably the fastest way to bankruptcy.

Regardless of the betting forecast and the currency you choose, they all await the same fate. Given that all numbers on the wheel have an equal chance of picking, meaning the wheel is unattractive, mathematically means the casino will always win. The system might look good and can work sometimes, but when one of the unwanted & unbet numbers appears on the roulette, you lose and the casino will win. & casino will continue to bet.

Some schemes involve casino betting on several numbers, maybe 20. In this case, you will win quite often because you cover more than half the numbers. But when any of the numbers don’t show up (and almost half the time), you lose all 20 bets you’ve placed. This will often wipe out all wins so far.

Any system created to date can be analyzed to show that wins are expected for the casino. The following video demonstrates the math.

You can also place one chip and one number at a time and expect it to turn out more than it should in the short time you play.

We can use our favorite clothes and wheel designs, betting designs, number picks, and financial systems, but the math is always there, working gently against us. You can also have fun, pick random numbers and believe in Lady Luck. That, or do as Einstein suggested and then finish the blast.
